Banana milkshake


If you ever felt you need a healthy smoothie yet  totally delicious, then here you go 

You will need:

  • Two frozen bananas
  • One cup of milk
  • One tea spoon of vanilla extract
  • Sugar (as many or as little as you want)

First step - Last step  ;)

In a blinder or a food processor add the bananas,milk,vanilla and sugar. blind everything up for two minutes or more if you need to. pour the mixture in a cup and enjoy xx
