Homemade Granola

No matter what your favourite kind of cereal is , granola is definitely going to be your ultimate favourite.

3 cups rolled oats
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/2 cup small-dice dried fruit/nuts/whatever you want

you will also need
baking sheet
parchment paper

preheat oven to 180C /300F

1. In a large bowl, place the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, stir to combine.

2. In a small bowl, add the honey, oil, and vanilla extract, stir to combine, then add the mixture to the oats, using your hands mix it very very well, till it becomes almost crumbly yet sticky!

3. Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on the baking sheet that is covered with the parchment paper. bake for 15 minuets, open the oven and stir them every 5 minuets, until they are light golden brown. (you might need few more minuets, just make sure to not burn them)

4. After it's done add the fruits and nuts, and toss to combine.

-make sure the granola is dry enough before you store it-

- put it in a cute jar to appetite you every time you see it ;)-
