Salads are always known as being cold, refreshing and  healthy choice in the hot days and Spring.

However, this salad is very high in protein and full of warmth, happiness and colours :D


  • Rotini pasta, you can also use Farfalle (aka bow ties)
  • Canned corn
  • Canned red beans 
  • Canned chickpeas aka garbanzo beans
  • Dill
  • Fresh mint leaves 

  • Juice of two lemons
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

1. Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water with a pinch of salt and a bit of oil for 11 minutes.

2. while it's cooking, strain the beans and leave them aside.

3. chop the  mint leaves and dill together very well and leave them aside.

4. when the pasta is ready, strain it and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.

5. whisk the lemon juice, olive oil and salt very well until the mixture is thick.

6. TIME TO ASSEMBLE !! in a large bowl and in the pasta 

 Then the red beans..


Add the corn..

The greens..

Add the dressing and stir it very well

As It's the end of my summer vacation (yes mine took four months to finish!) I went yesterday with one of my friends to eMall to have some fun! and because basically we can't have fun without food, we went to chocolate cuisine. It was not my first time, I really love this place, it's somehow so comfy and relaxing, and the menu has a variety of delicious  main dishes and desserts and it makes you want to order everything, also it has that amazing wall full of locks which looks so adorable.

For the food I won't chatter a lot, but the main thing about it is that it's so chocolaty and filling, and of course DELICIOUS.

whole grain Bread is so good in the morning, especially when you add some fun stuff to it ! :D

1. Toast your bread using either a toaster or a grill 

2. go creative! for savoury i went with feta cheese and green olives, you can basically customize it as your liking. but this combination is so good.

For sweet I went with peanut butter and honey. again you can add the ingredients you love.

Only 3 ingredients to make this hearty breakfast 
Oats - Milk - Honey 

1.basically add the oats to a jar 

This is how oat I use looks

2. Add the milk and the honey and mix the very well.

3. put it in the fridge overnight, and the next day it will be ready.

* If you are in a hurry and you forgot to make the night before, you're still able to make it, just use cold cold milk, and in minutes it will hold its shape and be ready.

If you want to have it as a porridge, just add the exact ingredients to a sauce pan  and heat it up, wait few minutes and let it simmer. and here you have it !

I added pears and cereal for crunch
Literally the best snack you can ever have !


If you have a sweet crave, granola bars are the best choice !
