BREAKFASTS & SANACKS


BREAD & STUFF 
whole grain Bread is so good in the morning, especially when you add some fun stuff to it ! :D

1. Toast your bread using either a toaster or a grill 

  
2. go creative! for savoury i went with feta cheese and green olives, you can basically customize it as your liking. but this combination is so good.

  
For sweet I went with peanut butter and honey. again you can add the ingredients you love.



OVERNIGHT OATMEAL
Only 3 ingredients to make this hearty breakfast 
Oats - Milk - Honey 

1.basically add the oats to a jar 


This is how oat I use looks


2. Add the milk and the honey and mix the very well.


3. put it in the fridge overnight, and the next day it will be ready.

* If you are in a hurry and you forgot to make the night before, you're still able to make it, just use cold cold milk, and in minutes it will hold its shape and be ready.

If you want to have it as a porridge, just add the exact ingredients to a sauce pan  and heat it up, wait few minutes and let it simmer. and here you have it !


I added pears and cereal for crunch
CARROT & CUCUMBER
Literally the best snack you can ever have !




GRANOLA BARS

If you have a sweet crave, granola bars are the best choice !
